At Efamol, we want you to feel confident in every purchase; if you are not completely satisfied with your fashion items, you may return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain in pristine condition during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from our portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is processed.
